Smoked, quick-maturing turkey sausage in shielding gas packaging. The product owes its pleasantly smoky, spicy aroma, dark red color and characteristic flavor to paprika. In addition to turkey meat, it is made with the addition of beef fat, so it does not contain pork at all, but it still finished in the same place as traditional pork sausages in consumer blind tastings.
